Memorial Day – Georgia National Cemetery

The Georgia National Cemetery has requested a color guard and musket firing for the Georgia national Cemetery Memorial Day event.

At 9:00 AM a few thousand volunteers place gravesite flags on the 23,000+ gravesites of Veterans and their family members in the cemetery.

This is immediately followed by the ceremony (expected at 10:00 AM)

Keynote speadker is COL (Ret) Richard White, President of the Georgia Military Veterans’ Hall of Fame.
